Golfing in Aether

Mini golf with randomized course layouts each time you play. Golfing in Aether accomplishes this by having each hole as its own independent floating island, with 90 hand-crafted levels currently available. These are randomly selected from a pool at the start of a game and procedurally assembled to make up the overall course layout. Get together with friends in online multiplayer for up to 16 players, with cross-platform multiplayer across all supported current-generation platforms. Play local multiplayer with up to 4 players using individual controllers, or up to 8 players using Shared Input, a pass-the-controller mode. Local players can also join online multiplayer with you, allowing you to combine local and online players. Multiple ways to play, including traditional minigolf in Casual and Competitive modes, or Race Mode, where you compete to reach the finish as fast as possible. Create a Custom Game to choose how you want to play, including playing in teams or playing co-op as a single team. Whether online or locally, you can play in real time (local players use split screen) or take turns via Hotseat. Customize your golf ball with a range of color-pickable designs and accessories such as hats. A handful of ball designs are available from the start, with additional designs and accessories unlocked as you earn XP and level up.
